Project Summary
Anson Consulting provided a project management consultant to the team developing implementation plans for the introduction of a Unique Student Identifier and associated infrastructure for all school students in the state of Victoria. The consultant developed the initial PRINCE2 project artefacts required to initiate the project.
Project Outcome
The project provided the early stage PRINCE2 project documentation to initiate the implementation of the Victorian Academic Number. This was then followed by an overall project plan with task breakdown to support departmental project planning.
This work formed the basis for the successful implementation and subsequent operation of the student identifier across Victorian Government schools.
